CreateSmartGoals gives employers and managers a way to effectively manage employee goals. The goals module includes a list of goals presented by category, who it was assigned to, title, status and due date. The user can click on a goal for more information, or choose to archive, delete or activate goals. The detailed view presents the user with more information on what it includes, the goal type, category, status, start date, notes left by the employee, goal weight and what percentage of the goal is already complete. Users can also set up reminders for the employee and/or the goal’s author. The homepage provides account information, such as how many goals have been created and recent activity. The user can monitor progress, check stats and get a general overview of how progress is coming along. The application currently includes many valuable features, including employee comments, printed and emailed goals and goal statistics.

Users can review stylish graphs that use various shapes and vibrant hues to present goal data in a way that is eye-catching and very easy to digest. The module uses tabs that allow the user to navigate between goals, employees and graphs. A new user can create an account by clicking the orange “Try It For Free” button found on the CreateSmartGoals homepage. The user can choose between four membership options or sign up for the CreateSmartGoals 14 day free trial. After clicking the blue button that corresponds with the user’s desired membership plan, the user is directed to the registration form. The form requires a first and last name, company name, job title, desired product plan, phone number, email address, password and desired login page URL. The bottom of the form asks the user for their billing information.
CreateSmartGoals gives users four membership plans to choose from. The first is the Department plan which includes unlimited goals, up to 10 employees and enhanced security for around $30 per month. The Small Biz plan includes up to 50 employees for around $50 per month. The Corporate plan upgrades to 100 employees for around $70 per month. The most expensive plan is the Enterprise which gives the user unlimited employees for around $200 per month.
CreateSmartGoals is an application intended for managers and employers. Users can easily oversee their employee’s progress towards goals. The user can also view statistics that could help them plan changes to encourage employees to work more efficiently and be more successful.
